Well kinda dated (about 10 years old). The authors of this book are often refers to as Gang of Four Implementation: Let's implement decorated design pattern by C#. You who work on design pattern must familiar with Gang of Four (GoF). Gamma, Helm, Johnson, Vlissides (1994). While blog posts and other online sources are good for quick answers, nothing beats sitting down with a well-written book on a subject. These code smells are described by Micah and Robert Martin in their book Agile Principles, Patterns, and Practices in C# on page 104. The authors of this book are Erich Gamma, Richard Helm, Ralph Johnson and John Vlissides. C++ programmers will use the patterns if they tend to use virtual function, but some people tend to use templates to make reusable code instead of virtual funct ions.
